UAE Lottery 100th Draw: Who the 12 Millionaires Are and How Many People Have Won
The UAE Lottery held its 100th Lucky Day draw on 17 October 2026. We checked all 100 draws: who the 12 millionaires are and how many entries have won.

Last updated: 7 November 2026
The UAE Lottery's 100th Lucky Day draw was No. 261017, held on Saturday 17 October 2026, 22 months after the first draw on 14 December 2024. Khaleej Times reported the operator's milestone figures: more than Dh300 million distributed and 12 millionaires. We went through all 100 draws in the official results archive to check them. The 12 millionaires hold up exactly: one Dh100 million jackpot, two Dh30 million jackpots, four Dh5 million second prizes and five Dh1 million second prizes from the lottery's first year. Across the 100 draws, the archive lists 663,245 winning entries in total.
Key takeaways
- Draw 261017 on 17 October 2026 was the 100th Lucky Day draw. Nobody won above Dh50,000 that night: the official prize table shows 41 Dh1,000 winners, 6,144 Dh100 winners and three Dh50,000 Lucky Chance winners.
- The "12 millionaires" break down as one Dh100 million winner (October 2025), two Dh30 million winners (May and July 2026), four Dh5 million winners (February, April, August and October 2026) and five Dh1 million second-prize winners (January to November 2025).
- Those 12 top prizes add up to Dh185 million. A further 146 tickets won Dh100,000 each, another Dh14.6 million.
- By our count from the official archive, the 100 draws produced 663,245 winning entries, nearly all of them Dh100 prizes.
- The 100 draws ran in three formats: 26 fortnightly Dh100 million draws, 18 weekly Dh30 million draws, then 56 twice-weekly draws from 8 April 2026.
What happened in the UAE Lottery's 100th draw?
The winning Days numbers were 1, 11, 12, 16, 17 and 27, and the Months number was 3. The official results show no winner of the Dh30 million jackpot, the Dh5 million second prize or the Dh100,000 third prize. A total of 6,188 entries won something: 41 at Dh1,000, 6,144 at Dh100, and the three Lucky Chance IDs (AM1103084, CO6595529 and AR1699258) at Dh50,000 each.
Khaleej Times wrote in its results report that night that over the 100 draws "over Dh300 million was distributed" and the lottery had "created 12 millionaires". The draw's full numbers sit alongside the rest of the month in our October 2026 UAE Lottery results.
Who are the UAE Lottery's 12 millionaires?
The official results archive lets you look up any draw by its number. We searched all 100, from 241214 to 261017, and counted every ticket that won Dh1 million or more. There are exactly 12, matching the operator's figure.
Prize — Draws (date) — Winners — Total
- Dh100 million jackpot — 251018 (18 Oct 2025) — 1 — Dh100 million
- Dh30 million jackpot — 260527 (27 May 2026), 260701 (1 Jul 2026) — 2 — Dh60 million
- Dh5 million second prize — 260214, 260429, 260815, 261003 — 4 — Dh20 million
- Dh1 million second prize — 250111, 250308, 250503, 250906, 251101 — 5 — Dh5 million
The names below are those the operator or mainstream outlets have published:
- Dh100 million: Anilkumar Bolla, an Indian resident of Abu Dhabi, won on 18 October 2025, in the 23rd draw. It was the only time the Dh100 million jackpot was won.
- Dh30 million: Tayab Khan, a Nepalese security guard in Abu Dhabi, won on 27 May 2026 and shared the prize with four friends. Sunil Kumar Sadasivan, a 52-year-old Indian resident of Abu Dhabi, won on 1 July 2026.
- Dh5 million: Murugananth Govinthan (February 2026, shared with a friend), Branden Tekram (April 2026), Zenn Ariane Garceles (August 2026) and Kishore (October 2026).
- Dh1 million: Khaleej Times names Peer Mohammed Adam, an Indian expat, as the first millionaire, after the draw of 11 January 2025. We have not found published names we could verify for the other four Dh1 million winners, so we do not list them.
Note that "12 millionaires" counts winning tickets, not people. Two of the tickets were bought by groups, so the money was split among more than 12 people. Our UAE Lottery winners list and Dh5 million winners guide have each winner's story.
Why were there Dh1 million winners?
Because the game used to be different. When the UAE Lottery launched in December 2024, Lucky Day offered a Dh100 million jackpot and a Dh1 million second prize, drawn every other Saturday. The official archive shows the first draw, 241214, with exactly that structure. It also had seven Lucky Chance prizes of Dh100,000 each, against three of Dh50,000 today.
The format changed twice:
- 6 December 2025: the jackpot fell to Dh30 million, the second prize rose to Dh5 million, and draws went weekly. The last Dh100 million draw, on 29 November 2025, had no jackpot winner. The weekly draws we checked had three Lucky Chance prizes of Dh100,000.
- 8 April 2026: draws moved to Wednesdays and Saturdays at 9:30pm. Khaleej Times reported the first Wednesday draw, No. 260408, and every draw we checked from then on pays three Lucky Chance prizes of Dh50,000. The Lucky Chance money per week stayed the same: three Dh100,000 prizes in one draw became six Dh50,000 prizes across two.
So the 100 draws break down as 26 fortnightly Dh100 million draws, 18 weekly Dh30 million draws (6 December 2025 to 4 April 2026) and 56 twice-weekly draws (8 April to 17 October 2026). That count also confirms 261017 as the 100th. The current prize structure is explained in our UAE Lottery rules guide.
How many people have won the UAE Lottery?
The official archive lists 663,245 winning entries across the 100 draws, by our count. That covers every prize tier plus the Lucky Chance winners. Khaleej Times wrote that the 100 draws "celebrated 650,000 tickets", without saying exactly what it counted. Our total suggests it refers to winning entries.
Almost all of them are Dh100 wins, which go to any entry matching the Months number and up to three Days numbers (published odds: 1 in 12.1). A player who won in several draws appears more than once, so this counts winning entries, not people.
Average winners per draw have changed with the format:
Era — Draws — Winning entries — Average per draw
- Fortnightly, Dh100m jackpot — 26 — 245,360 — 9,437
- Weekly, Dh30m jackpot — 18 — 136,201 — 7,567
- Twice weekly, Dh30m jackpot — 56 — 281,684 — 5,030
Fewer winners per draw does not mean fewer players. Spreading play across two draws a week shrinks each draw, but the weekly total grew: about 4,700 winners a week in the fortnightly era, about 7,600 in the weekly era and about 10,000 in the twice-weekly era. Because winner counts follow ticket sales closely, that hints at growing play. The operator does not publish sales figures, so treat it as an indication only.
Has the UAE Lottery paid out Dh300 million?
The figure is the operator's, as reported by Khaleej Times, and we cannot fully rebuild it from the public archive. What we can add up from the archive:
- Top prizes: Dh185 million across the 12 millionaire tickets.
- Dh100,000 prizes: 146 winning tickets in 100 draws, or Dh14.6 million.
- Lucky Chance: at the rates shown in the draws we checked (seven Dh100,000 prizes per draw in the first era, three Dh100,000 in the second, three Dh50,000 in the third), roughly Dh32 million.
That makes about Dh232 million before counting the Dh1,000 and Dh100 tiers. Those tiers paid Dh5.6 million in October 2026 alone, so "over Dh300 million" across 100 draws is plausible. We have not counted those tiers draw by draw for the whole history.
A nine-figure payout is not profit for players. Lucky Day's published return to player is 42.62 per cent plus Lucky Chance prizes, measured before VAT: less than half of what players spend comes back as prizes.
What comes after draw 100?
Draws continue every Wednesday and Saturday at 9:30pm, with the Dh30 million jackpot fixed at that amount by the game rules. As of the 31 October draw, nobody had matched all seven numbers since 1 July 2026. Dates for the coming weeks are in our November and December draw calendar.
