Dubai Duty Free Millionaire Winners Since August 2026: Every US$1m Series
Every Dubai Duty Free US$1m Millennium Millionaire winner since August 2026, with series, ticket and draw date, plus the one-in-5,000 odds explained.

Last updated: 21 October 2026
Dubai Duty Free's Millennium Millionaire produced eight US$1 million winners in five draws between 12 August and 7 October 2026, covering Series 552 to 559. Six of the winners are Indian nationals living in the UAE; the other two are a Russian seaman and an American businessman in Dubai. All but one bought online. One name appeared twice in the press, Rohan Prakash Fernandes, and Dubai Duty Free's own winners list settles that: he won once, in Series 554 on 26 August. The full list is below, with the series numbers and draw dates exactly as Dubai Duty Free publishes them.
Key takeaways
- Eight US$1 million winners: five draws at Dubai International Airport between 12 August and 7 October 2026 paid out Series 552 to 559.
- Six of the eight are Indian nationals. The other two are Andrey Kravtsov from Russia and Brad Cantrell from the United States.
- Rohan Prakash Fernandes won once, with ticket 1710 in Series 554 on 26 August. A Khaleej Times report on 9 September listed him again, but DDF's list has no second win.
- Antoine Labaki's second US$1 million came on 29 July (Series 551), not 12 August. He was presented with his cheque at the 12 August draw.
- Each series is capped at 5,000 tickets at AED 1,000, so every ticket has a fixed one-in-5,000 chance.
Who has won the Dubai Duty Free Millennium Millionaire since August 2026?
The table follows Dubai Duty Free's official winners list as it stood on 17 October 2026. Ages, homes and jobs come from DDF's announcements and from coverage in Khaleej Times, Gulf News and The National.

According to DDF, Sobhani is the only one of the eight who bought his ticket in store. He picked it up at Concourse B on 2 September, on his way to a business trip to Poland. The other seven bought online.
The stories behind the tickets
12 August, Concourse D. Kravtsov bought online on 24 July. Gulf News describes him as a seaman on an oil tanker. Cantrell, who has lived in Dubai for about a decade, bought his ticket on 4 August. "This is absolutely amazing! Thank you Dubai Duty Free!" he said.
26 August, Concourse A. Fernandes has lived in Dubai for 15 years and has played for ten. He bought ticket 1710 online on 31 July after seeing the number on a car plate. He told Khaleej Times he would save for his child's education, invest part and give some to charity. Suresh PS split the cost of his ticket with nine friends, the same group he has played with for seven years. "I want to buy a house in Kerala," he said.
9 September, Concourse B. Jijo Pulikkathodi bought his ticket online on 22 August. DDF's release describes it as a win "for Group of 18": he shared the cost with 17 friends, so the US$1 million will be split many ways.
23 September, Concourse C. Malairaj bought online on 1 September and had been playing for about six months. Khaleej Times quotes him: "My dream is to own a mall in Tamil Nadu." He told The National he had not yet told his family in India. Khaleej Times printed his first name as "Daravanan"; DDF's winners list has Saravanan.
7 October, Concourse D. Shaheen Mohammed has bought DDF tickets since 2015. He lives in Al Ain and works as a senior estimation engineer at a construction company in Mussaffah. He bought ticket 3097 on 11 September, and turned 39 nine days after the draw. "This is an early birthday gift to me too," he told The National.
Did Rohan Prakash Fernandes win twice?
No. Dubai Duty Free's official list shows one win for him: Series 554, ticket 1710, drawn on 26 August 2026. Khaleej Times reported that win on the day.
The confusion comes from Khaleej Times' report on the 9 September draw. That piece names Jijo Pulikkathodi and then says "another winner of $1 million was also announced on Wednesday as part of Millennium Millionaire Series 554", naming Fernandes with the same ticket, 1710. DDF's own release that day announced "the latest US$1 million winner", singular. The series drawn on 9 September was 556. Series 554 does not appear twice on DDF's list.
Labaki's case points to the most likely explanation. DDF drew his Series 551 win on 29 July, and he collected his ceremonial cheque at the 12 August draw. Gulf News reported that alongside the two new winners. Fernandes's appearance on 9 September looks like the same kind of cheque presentation. DDF has not said so explicitly, but either way it was one prize.
How do the odds work?
Millennium Millionaire is unusual among UAE draws because the maths is public:
- Fixed pool: each series is "Limited to 5000 Tickets" at AED 1,000 each, and DDF advertises "only one-in-5,000 chances to win US$1 Million".
- Two numbers to know: a full series takes in AED 5 million in ticket sales. The prize is US$1 million, which Khaleej Times converts to Dh3,672,500.
- What that means per ticket: on average, each AED 1,000 ticket returns about AED 734 in prize value (Dh3,672,500 divided by 5,000). That is roughly 73 per cent on the headline prize, before counting DDF's separate car and motorbike draws. This is our arithmetic, not a DDF figure.
Even so, it is a guaranteed loss on average, and AED 1,000 is a lot of money for one entry. The syndicates behind two of these wins, Suresh's group of ten and Jijo's group of 18, show how many buyers manage the price. They also show the downside: US$1 million split equally 18 ways is about Dh204,000 each.
When is the next Dubai Duty Free draw?
The National says draws are held every other Wednesday, normally twice a month. The number of winners per draw depends on how many series have sold out, which is why some draws have two millionaires and others one.
On 17 October, DDF's site showed Series 560 and 561 as sold out with draw dates "to be announced", and Series 562 and 563 still on sale. If the fortnightly pattern holds, Series 560 and 561 would be drawn on Wednesday 21 October. DDF emails ticket holders "a few days prior to the draw date", and the winners list on dubaidutyfree.com is the place to check. This page runs to Series 559.
