Who Will Supply Wynn Al Marjan's Casino Floor? What the Licence Register Shows
No supplier has announced a Wynn Al Marjan casino deal. The licensed slot, table and payments vendors, Wynn's smart-table plan, and what is just guesswork.

Last updated: 22 October 2026
No gaming supplier has announced a contract to equip Wynn Al Marjan Island's casino, and Wynn has published no supplier list. What is public is narrower. The UAE regulator's register names 33 companies licensed to supply gaming equipment and services, and about a dozen of them make slot machines, table games or casino systems. This article groups those licensees by what they make, and keeps "licensed to supply" separate from "supplying Wynn".
Key takeaways
- As of 17 October 2026, the GCGRA register lists 33 gaming-related vendor licensees and one land-based licensee, Island 3 AMI FZ-LLC (Wynn Al Marjan).
- A vendor licence means a company may supply licensed UAE operators. It does not mean it has a Wynn contract, and none of the 33 has announced one for the gaming floor.
- Slot and machine makers on the register include Aristocrat, Light & Wonder, IGT, Konami (two entities), Novomatic, EGT, Zitro and RGB. Table-game specialists include TCS John Huxley, Cammegh and Angel Singapore.
- Wynn's own executive said in September 2025 that the resort wants smart tables on "at least 80% to 85%" of its games. That makes table technology the one floor category Wynn has described in public.
- The partners Wynn has actually announced for the resort are all non-gaming: IGY Marinas, Punchdrunk, Alain Ducasse and The h.wood Group among them.
Does Wynn Al Marjan have a slot machine supplier yet?
Not publicly. We checked Wynn's newsroom, its SEC filings and trade coverage up to 17 October 2026. Wynn's FY2025 annual report gives the resort's gaming area as about 225,000 square feet but does not name equipment vendors. No supplier on the register has said it has a deal for the resort either.
Some suppliers have come close. Zitro's 8 September release on its UAE licence talks about "premium destinations" and luxury integrated resorts, but names no customer. Intergame reported that EGT's licence lets it offer its land-based gaming solutions to licensed operators in the UAE. There is only one land-based operator, but EGT did not name Wynn.
Wynn's resort website does have a "Partner with Wynn" supplier form. It says Wynn is "always interested in high-quality local suppliers as partners for our global collection of resorts". It is a general intake form, not a sign of who has won gaming contracts.
Who is licensed to supply a UAE casino floor?
These are the licensees whose own announcements or trade coverage tie them to land-based casino products. Product descriptions come from company releases and trade reports, not from the register, which lists names only.
Slot machines and electronic gaming machines
Licensee (register name) — What it makes, per company or trade reports — Licence reported
- Aristocrat Technologies Europe (Holdings) Ltd. — Electronic gaming machines; first UAE vendor licensee — October 2024
- LNW Gaming, Inc. (Light & Wonder) — Slot machines plus table equipment such as shufflers — July 2025
- Konami Gaming, Inc. — Slot machines and casino management systems — July 2025
- International Game Technology — Gaming cabinets and back-end systems — May 2026
- Novomatic AG — Land-based gaming products — April 2025
- Euro Games Technology Ltd. (EGT) — Land-based gaming solutions — 2 September 2026
- Zitro International S.àr.l. — Slot products for "premium destinations" — 8 September 2026
- RGB Sdn. Bhd. — Electronic gaming machines — June 2026 (approval)
- Konami Australia Pty Ltd. — Konami's Australian arm (the register links it to au.konamigaming.com) — not announced
Table games and table equipment
Licensee — What it makes — Licence reported
- TCS John Huxley Singapore PTE Ltd. — Live table gaming products such as roulette wheels and gaming tables — June 2025
- Cammegh Limited — Roulette wheels and table displays — 2 June 2026
- Angel Singapore (Asia) PTE. Ltd. — Register links it to Angel's playing-card and smart-table site (see below) — not announced
Payments
Advanced Digital Gaming Technology Holdings Ltd. (ADGT) joined the register after 30 August, linked to adgt.ai. When Blackstone announced a US$250 million investment in ADGT in March 2026, it described the Abu Dhabi company as "currently the only licensed platform able to contract directly with both land-based venues and online digital platforms". Blackstone formed ADGT with Abu Dhabi's Raya Holding and payments-technology partners NRT Technology and Sightline Payments. That is the investors' description of ADGT's position, not an announced Wynn contract.
What has Wynn said it wants on the floor?
Wynn has described one category in detail: tables. At SBC Summit in Lisbon in September 2025, David Patent, Executive Vice President of Gaming Operations at Wynn Al Marjan Island, said the resort planned to be "the first casino I believe to roll out smart tables across virtually all of the games that we're going to be offering – at least 80% to 85%". He said smart tables "accurately record the customer's bets", speed up play and make counterfeit chips "almost impossible". He also said Wynn wanted to accept digital currencies, depending on how the GCGRA regulates them.
Patent did not name a smart-table supplier, and neither has Wynn since. One of the names that appeared on the register after August is Angel Singapore (Asia) PTE. Ltd., and the register links it to the website of Japan's Angel, whose smart-table system Angel says is installed across all of Sands China's Macao properties. But Angel has made no UAE announcement, and we found nothing linking it to a Wynn order. Treat it as a name to watch, not a confirmed supplier.
Which vendors on the register are not about the casino?
By our count, 17 of the 33 make lottery, online or sports-betting products rather than casino-floor equipment, going by their own announcements, trade reports or the website the register links them to. The UAE has one lottery licensee (The Game LLC) and one online and sports licensee (Coin Technology Projects, which runs Play971). A product category is not a contract with either.
- Lottery products: Brightstar Lottery Cyprus, Scientific Games International, Pollard Banknote, EQL Games and Smartplay International. Xpoint, a geolocation company, was announced in April 2025 as a vendor chosen by The Game LLC. It is one of the few vendor-to-operator links made public.
- Online and sports products: Sportradar, Genius Sports, GeoComply, Play'n GO, Endorphina, VSTechnology (Playtech), Live Online Gaming Services (Live88), Arena Leisure (racing content), GG UAE (linked to Games Global), Edge Solutions Ltd. (linked to Gamingtec, a platform provider) and Game Mesh FZCO (linked to Hub88, a game aggregator).
- Unclear: Blueprint Technologies Ltd., which the register links to slot studio Blueprint Gaming; Random State AB; and Fennica Gaming, which iGaming Expert said would supply casino titles without saying whether for land-based or online play.
Why license now, a year before opening?
Wynn told investors on 4 August 2026 that the resort is "currently expected to open in September 2027". The GCGRA says only licensees, including third parties supplying the industry, may do business in UAE commercial gaming. A supplier therefore needs a licence before it can sell into that market at all. Products also have to be certified against GCGRA technical standards by approved testing laboratories, a process covered in our UAE gaming technical standards guide.
The timing shows on the register. Between 30 August and 17 October 2026, the list went from 23 to 33 vendors. The newcomers that make casino-floor products are EGT, Zitro, RGB, Konami Australia and Angel Singapore. Our October register snapshot lists every name.
Which supply deals has Wynn Al Marjan announced?
Only non-gaming ones. Wynn or its partners have announced:
- IGY Marinas as marina operator (first announced by IGY in July 2025), with Marina Solutions International as designer and Dewan Architects + Engineers designing the Capitainerie (October 2026 release)
- Punchdrunk for the resort's original theatre production (June 2026)
- Alain Ducasse for a French-American steakhouse, and The h.wood Group for Delilah (September 2025)
- Chef's Table, in a global culinary partnership covering Wynn properties (February 2026)
Each of these was announced by name. No gaming supplier has had the same treatment. Until one does, any article saying a particular company "is supplying" the casino is guessing.
FAQ
Who makes the slot machines at Wynn Al Marjan Island? That has not been announced. Licensed slot suppliers include Aristocrat, Light & Wonder, IGT, Konami, Novomatic, EGT, Zitro and RGB, but none has announced a Wynn contract.
Does a GCGRA vendor licence mean a company supplies Wynn? No. It means the company may supply licensed UAE operators. Supply relationships are separate commercial deals, and none has been announced for the gaming floor.
Will Wynn Al Marjan use smart tables? That is the plan Wynn's gaming chief described in September 2025: smart tables on at least 80 to 85 per cent of games. No supplier has been named.
How big is the casino? About 225,000 square feet of gaming area, according to Wynn's FY2025 annual report. Table and slot counts have not been published.
How can a company become a Wynn Al Marjan supplier? It needs a GCGRA gaming-related vendor licence to supply gaming products. Wynn's website has a general "Partner with Wynn" form for supplier enquiries.
