Can You Book Wynn Al Marjan Island Yet? What Is Open, What Isn't, and How to Avoid Fake Offers

Last updated: 23 October 2026

No. You cannot book a room at Wynn Al Marjan Island yet, and Wynn has published no room rates. The resort's own FAQ says "reservations will become available closer to the resort opening", which Wynn currently expects in September 2027. Today you can join a mailing list, register for priority access to theatre tickets and send an events enquiry. Anyone asking you to pay now to "reserve" a room is not dealing on Wynn's behalf.

Key takeaways

• The official site, wynnalmarjanisland.com, has no booking engine or reservations page. Its sitemap, checked on 17 October 2026, lists none.
• Wynn's FAQ: "Reservations will become available closer to the resort opening." Restaurant reservation details "will be announced closer to opening", and theatre tickets "will be available closer to the resort's opening".
• The resort is "currently expected to open in September 2027", per Wynn's Q2 2026 results. No day has been given.
• What you can do now is free: sign up for updates, register for theatre priority access, or submit an events or wedding enquiry.
• Dubai Police warned in May and June 2026 about fake travel and hotel offers. The red flags are below-market prices, deadline pressure and payment to personal accounts.

When can you book a room at Wynn Al Marjan Island?

Wynn has not given a date. The rooms page on the resort website answers this question directly: "Reservations will become available closer to the resort opening. Guests can visit wynnalmarjanisland.com now and sign up to receive updates on room availability and booking announcements."

The opening date is the only firm anchor. In its second-quarter results on 4 August 2026, Wynn said the resort "is currently expected to open in September 2027". The next scheduled update is Wynn's third-quarter results on Thursday 5 November 2026, with a conference call at 1:30pm Pacific time. Booking news, if any, is more likely to come from Wynn's newsroom or the resort website than from an earnings call. The call is still the next point at which Wynn management speaks publicly about the project.

How much will a room cost?

Wynn has not published any rates. Some travel sites print estimated nightly prices based on Wynn Las Vegas or other UAE luxury hotels. These are guesses, not Wynn prices. We are not repeating them.

The confirmed inventory gives a sense of the range. Wynn's releases describe 1,530 rooms and suites. The website lists 1,217 Resort Tower rooms and suites in three layouts, plus Enclave, an all-suite section on the Resort Tower's upper floors that Wynn calls "the ultimate boutique hotel", with a private beach for its guests. The website also mentions four Townhomes and "10 Marina Estates" around the marina. Our rooms and suites guide has the full breakdown.

What can you sign up for right now?

Three official sign-ups exist, all on wynnalmarjanisland.com and all free:

What — Where on the official site — What Wynn says you get

• General updates — "Sign up" (/sign-up-today) — News on "opening dates, confirmed amenities, or dining and entertainment announcements"
• Theatre priority — /sign-up-theater — "priority access to purchase tickets" for the Punchdrunk production
• Events and weddings — "Events & Celebrations", then Contact Us — "tailored updates, comprehensive sales information, and exclusive offers ahead of the debut"

The general sign-up form asks for email, mobile number and nationality. It also asks you to confirm that you are at least 21. It asks for no payment, and no official Wynn page we found takes a deposit.

The theatre is the most detailed part of the offer so far. The website says Wynn Theater will hold up to 900 guests per performance, with eight shows a week and a run time of about 70 minutes. Upstairs seating is open to ages 3 and over. The downstairs immersive experience is for over-18s only. See our Punchdrunk explainer.

Can you book through a travel agent or hotel booking site?

Not for confirmed stays yet. Preferred Hotels & Resorts, a hotel marketing group, has a Wynn Al Marjan Island page with a "View Rates" button and the label "Coming in 2027". The same page still describes a "spring of 2027" opening, which Wynn replaced with September 2027 in August. Wynn's own FAQ says reservations are not yet open. If a third-party page seems to show prices or availability before Wynn announces bookings, take Wynn's word over the listing.

Does booking a room get you into the casino?

Not necessarily. The resort holds the UAE's only land-based gaming licence. The National reported in August that the federal regulator, the GCGRA, "will determine who is permitted into the gaming area". Neither Wynn nor the GCGRA has published an entry age, ID requirement or eligibility rule for the casino. The 21+ box on Wynn's mailing-list form is a marketing condition, not a published casino rule. Our casino entry age and dress code guide tracks this. Most of the resort, from the beach and marina to the 22 restaurants and lounges, is outside the gaming area. The dining FAQ says restaurants plan to welcome non-resident visitors too.

How do you spot a fake Wynn Al Marjan pre-booking offer?

With no official booking channel, any offer to sell you a confirmed room, package or casino access for 2027 now should be treated as suspect. Dubai Police's anti-fraud campaign warned in May and again in June 2026 about fake travel and hotel deals. The warnings say fraudsters set up fake websites and social media accounts, using professional logos and impersonating well-known tourism companies. They pressure victims with "limited" offers and take payment into personal accounts. These signs apply directly to Wynn:

• Wrong domain. The resort's site is wynnalmarjanisland.com. Dubai Police note that fake sites can differ from real ones only slightly, in spelling or domain name.
• A price before Wynn has one. Wynn has published no rates, so any "exclusive pre-opening rate" did not come from Wynn.
• Deadline pressure. "Only 10 suites left at this price" means nothing when bookings have not opened.
• Payment to a person. Dubai Police advise against transferring money to personal or unknown accounts, and warn that victims are often asked to pay through suspicious payment links.
• Casino packages or "VIP gaming credit". No casino entry rules exist yet, and no one can sell you guaranteed access to the gaming floor.
• A Wynn-branded online casino or betting app. Wynn Al Marjan holds a land-based licence only. The GCGRA register names Coin Technology Projects LLC as the only internet gaming licensee. See our check of fake UAE lottery and casino apps.

If you have paid or been approached, Dubai Police ask people to report fraud and suspicious websites through the e-Crime platform or by calling 901 for non-emergencies. The GCGRA's register page links to a complaints form for unlicensed gaming operators.

FAQ

Can I book Wynn Al Marjan Island now? No. Wynn's FAQ says reservations open "closer to the resort opening", currently expected in September 2027. You can sign up for updates on wynnalmarjanisland.com.

How much is a night at Wynn Al Marjan? Wynn has not published rates. Prices on third-party sites are estimates, not Wynn prices.

When do Punchdrunk theatre tickets go on sale? Wynn says tickets will be available closer to opening. Registering at wynnalmarjanisland.com/sign-up-theater gives priority access to buy.

Can I book a restaurant table? Not yet. Wynn says restaurant reservation details will be announced closer to opening.
